An agreement is a beginning.

A purchase and a sale have their own quantities, prices and counterparties. Bring them into one operation, with a plan your team can work from.

Estimate from the values shown. Unrecorded charges are not treated as zero. This is not realized profit.

The first estimate includes USD 350 for transport.

A forecast needs its inputs. Missing prices, costs or exchange rates leave an incomplete picture. They do not become zero.

The history stays useful. Planned, committed and actual costs keep their meaning. A smaller delivery does not silently reduce a committed freight bill.

Quality evidence, a revised cost and an outstanding amount. Three reasons to act, each with context.

A due date is useful when the next action and its owner are clear.

A recorded delivery, an internal review and a recorded payment are different events. Keep each decision connected to its own evidence.

VAULT + PASSPORT

Find the evidence.
Choose what leaves.

Keep the company’s documents in Vault. Use Passport to share selected declarations with a named recipient, or take a copy of one recorded version.

Access follows your role. Sharing and exporting Passport declarations are owner actions.

Find a recorded version in Vault
Search document details or already recorded evidence text. Include earlier versions when needed and open the matching version with its operation context. This search does not read scans or run OCR.
Share selected Passport fields
An owner chooses the declaration version, fields, recipient and expiry, then confirms the share. The recipient signs in with the matching verified email. Access can be revoked; sharing does not open the company workspace.
Export the version you mean
Download a Passport declaration as HTML or JSON, including its version references. A local copy contains the declaration, not original attachments or full Vault documents. It creates no recipient access and cannot be revoked through WorldOfAgro.

A declaration keeps its limits.Passport records what a supplier declares. It is not independent verification or certification of compliance.

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Straight answers.

team@worldofagro.com
Does Vault search read my scanned files?

No. Search document details or evidence text that has already been recorded. You can search current versions or include history, then open the exact matching version. This does not activate OCR, read an unprocessed attachment or independently verify its contents.

Can I revoke a downloaded Passport declaration?

No. An owner can revoke a Passport share in the app, which controls a named recipient’s access. An exported HTML or JSON declaration is a separate local copy of the selected version. It does not expire or become inaccessible when a share is revoked. Original attachments and full Vault source documents are not included. A declaration is not certification of compliance.

What does WorldOfAgro connect?

The commercial decision and the work that follows it. Start with purchase and sale quantities and a versioned quote, then connect the agreed operation to lots, quality requirements, deliveries, costs and obligations. Today brings tasks, blockers and pending decisions back to the operation they belong to.

Is it only for coffee and cocoa?

No. Agricultural importers, exporters and trading teams can configure profiles for grain, oil, bananas, dry products and other crops. Each profile defines the fields, units, measurement methods and handling requirements your team records. The examples use fictional specifications; a profile is not an industry standard or a certification.

What happens when the delivered quantity changes?

Record what happened against the operation, keeping the agreed quantity intact. Use that observation in a commercial scenario to see its effect on the estimated margin. An owner records the external response and explicitly applies or rejects the adjustment. Physical progress, the commercial decision and its evidence remain separate, traceable records.

How should we read the margin?

As an estimate explained by its inputs. Purchase and sale quantities, prices, currencies and costs stay visible. A cost uses its actual value when recorded, otherwise its committed or planned value. Missing prices, cost coverage or a required exchange rate leave the estimate incomplete. A short delivery does not automatically reduce a committed freight cost.

Can we follow amounts due without making payments here?

Yes. Record receivables, payables, due dates and partial settlements against the operation. Keep the supporting reference with each entry and see what remains outstanding. These are your team's records; they do not verify bank activity, execute a payment or replace your accounting ledger.

What can our team and suppliers see?

Company members work within their assigned access. Financial scenarios and commercial decisions are restricted to owners. A supplier can respond to an explicitly shared request through a separate inbox without entering the buyer's workspace. Commercial scenario responses are recorded by an owner with their source and date.

How does it fit alongside our existing systems?

Use WorldOfAgro to coordinate the operation and the decisions around it. Keep accounting, contract execution and customs work in the systems responsible for them. Shipment stages and dates are recorded by people; the platform does not provide live carrier tracking, cold-chain telemetry or activated external data feeds.

Is AI active in the product tour?

No. AI examples are scripted or seeded demonstrations, not live model results. AI assistance is not active for this evaluation. The site does not upload or analyze your documents. Recorded evidence, deterministic comparisons and human decisions have their own explicit sources and limits.

Does a matching document approve the shipment?

No. A comparison explains a finding against the recorded quantity, date or quality rule. A person reviews the exact evidence version separately. That review does not advance physical delivery, execute a contract, approve customs clearance or certify regulatory compliance.

How do we get started, and what does it cost?

Tell us your products, trade route and the decision or handoff you want to improve. We agree a guided evaluation, access, scope and pricing with you. The screens and stories on this page use fictional data. Contacting the team opens an email draft for you to review and send; it does not start a subscription or create a payment obligation.
